The Competition of Black College Queens provides a prominent national platform for young women representing Historically Black Colleges and Universities to showcase their intellect, leadership, and vision for community impact.
Empowering the Next Generation of HBCU Leaders
Contestants are evaluated on academic achievement, oratory eloquence, talent, and personal dedication to uplifting HBCU communities.
Winners and finalists receive significant educational scholarships and represent the Hall of Fame throughout the year at national summits and civic engagements.

How to participate
Candidates must be elected queens at an HBCU. The application package includes a resume, personal essay, headshot, and optional video presentation. Use share links in the form, or email files to info@nbcahof.org. Accepted queens also take part in an interview and talent showcase during Hall of Fame Weekend.
