Eddie Robinson

Eddie Robinson coached Grambling State football for more than half a century and retired as college football’s winningest coach. He sent hundreds of players toward the NFL and made a small Louisiana campus a national name.

Head coach at Grambling from 1941 to 1997, with 408 wins.
Developed dozens of NFL players.
Inducted into the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame in 1986.
