Rev. Dr. Herman “Skip” Mason, Jr., a Morris Brown College graduate (1984), is senior pastor of Historic West Mitchell CME Church in Atlanta. He holds graduate degrees in library science, divinity, and ministry, and has served Morris Brown, Morehouse, and Voorhees as archivist, dean, and professor of African American history and religion.
