Lemar Parrish is a Lincoln University of Missouri Class of 1970 football legend and former NFL cornerback and return specialist. A four-year letter-winner for the Blue Tigers, he later played 13 seasons in the NFL for the Cincinnati Bengals, Washington, and Buffalo.
Accomplishments
- Eight-time NFL Pro Bowl selection and two-time All-Pro; 47 career interceptions.
- Lincoln University retired his No. 20 jersey; he still holds the school’s 95-yard punt-return record.
- Inducted into Lincoln’s Athletic Hall of Fame (2012), the Bengals All-Half Century Team (2017), the Black College Football Hall of Fame (2024), and the NBCA Hall of Fame (2024).
