
We are thrilled to announce that The National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame has made a significant and heartfelt decision to rename our esteemed HBCU Invitational Golf Classic in honor of our late founder, Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. This cherished event will now be known as The Thomas W. Dortch, Jr. HBCU Golf Classic, a fitting tribute to a visionary leader who dedicated his life to empowering Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and their students.

The golf competition is part of an extended weekend hosted by the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame.
