“I am deeply honored to have been granted the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of the National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation.  I am tremendously excited to begin my work with the Board of Directors, other stakeholders and supporters in furthering the incomparable legacy and vision of Tommy Dortch, who wanted to ensure that our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities and their graduates will always continue to thrive as institutions and individuals. I am eager to assume my duties and will strive daily to validate the Board of Directors’ decision to engage me in this significant role,” said Trigg.

Quentin Roach, Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated, “The Hall of Fame is extremely excited to have Darlene join the team and bring her extensive background in fundraising, program management excellence, scholarship administration, and socio-economic development to assist in leading our work to even greater impact and relevance in supporting HBCUs – their students & alumni – and our corporate partners and donors.”
