Hardy K. Dorsey, Sr. is a proud graduate of Lincoln University in Missouri with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education and a Master’s of Science Degree in Education Administration from Southern Illinois University. He is a former teacher and school administrator, and helped develop a program to develop minority students for business and engineering opportunities in corporate America. That program is Inroads, Inc. and is nationally regarded today. He is also a former IBM marketing executive. He later formed his own management consulting practice focused on leadership, developing high performing organizations, diversity and inclusion.
He has been a thought leader, an organizational strategist and advocate for justice and opportunity for more than 40 years. He has served on numerous boards and continues to be an active member in the volunteer community throughout this country to serve the less fortunate.
He and his wife Wanda, (an LU alum), live in Sandy Springs, GA. They have two adult children and six grandchildren.
