The National Black College Alumni Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc. hosted its 36th Annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony virtually on Friday, September 24, 2021.
Each year, graduates of Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs) are inducted into the Hall of Fame for significant contributions made in their respective fields.
Inducted into the 2021 NBCA Hall of Fame. Joining over 300 previous inductees will be:
- Athletics: Mr. Gregory Lloyd Sr. – Fort Valley State University
- Business: Mr. Tyrone Burroughs – Benedict College
- Civil Rights: Ms. Melanie Campbell – Clark Atlanta University
- Community Service: Mr. Gerald K. Harris – Dillard University
- Education: Dr. Adena Williams Loston – Alcorn State University
- Faith: Dr. Kevin Murriel , Morehouse College
- Government: Retired Major General John F. Phillips – Jarvis Christian College
- Law: Ms. Dorothy Rabb Brown – Southern University
- Medicine: Mr. Alvin Blount – North Carolina A&T University
- Science: Dr. Valerie L. Thomas – Morgan State University
- Lifetime Achievement: Ms. Lorene Robinson – Delaware State University
- Lifetime Achievement: Ms. Anne R. Gayles Felton – Fort Valley State University
- Lifetime Achievement: Ms. Lauretta Holloway – North Carolina Central University
